Every Organail machine comes with a QR code you can scan with your phone.
You’ll find step-by-step instructions and video tutorials for your specific model. We cover everything from setting up the device, using each function (drill, lamp, vacuum, etc.)
What are the delivery options in the UK?
We offer free standard shipping throughout the UK. Standard delivery typically takes about 5 days to arrive at your doorstep.
If you’re in a hurry (or located in London), we also offer a Same-Day Delivery option for £25.
Do Organail products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Organail devices are covered by a 3-year warranty. This warranty protects you against any manufacturing defects or hardware issues that might arise. In the rare case something goes wrong with the device itself (motor issues, electrical faults, etc.), we will repair or replace it for you free of charge within that three-year period.
Is the 60-day guarantee a full refund and how long does it take?
Yes, if you return your Organail product within the 60-day guarantee window, we will issue a full refund of your purchase price. We aim to process refunds quickly, typically once we receive the returned item and verify everything is in order, your refund will be issued within a few days.
What else do I need to work with Organail products?
Not much - just the gel/polish. We include everything you need to get started in each product’s box.
For example, our All-in-One Nail Hub comes with the main unit, the drill handpiece and a set of starter drill bits, the removable dust filter, a foot pedal, and the power adapter (UK plug).
